How will my order be delivered?
All of our orders are delivered via Parcelforce on the date chosen on your order
How is the order packaged?
All products will arrive Frozen to optomise their shelf life. All of our orders are carefully packed in ice and insulated with a natural recyclable product (cool wool) to keep the products frozen while they travel.
Why is there a delivery charge?
As orders below £80 require more packaging we do charge delivery for orders under this amount
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible on 01588 650119 and we will try our best to accommodate
Please note once the orders are dispatched we are unable to change the order
