Our Willogame Pheasant sausage is a tasty game sausage made from lean pheasant meat, blended with Beef fat to keep it moist and tender. It has a mild, slightly sweet game taste and is seasoned with herbs and apple. Our Pheasant sausage can be grilled, pan-fried, or roasted, and served with root vegetables, mustard, or incorporated into hearty dishes like stews and casseroles.
