Product Information

  • Ingredients

    • Water
    • Herbs (Rosemary, Sage,Marjoram, Thyme),
    • Preservative: E223 Sodium MetabiSULPHITE
    • 100% Pheasant (UK)
    • Beef (15%)

  • Cooking Methods

    • Barbeque: Cook over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning carefully until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
    • Grill: Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
    • Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the burgers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned and cooked through.
