  • Ingredients

    • 100% Pheasant (UK)
    • Herbs (Rosemary, Sage,Marjoram, Thyme),
    • Garlic

  • Cooking Methods

    • Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.
    • Grill: Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
    • Barbecue: Cook over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and lightly charred on the outside.
