Venison & Cranberry Sausage always prove a very popular choice. The addition of cranberries gives these sausages a delicious sweetness that compliments the full flavour of the venison. Pan fry, grill or BBQ. Great to add a twist to the traditional sausage and mash.

    • Rusk (Potato Powder, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose)
    • Sea Salt
    • Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Ginger, Pimento),
    • Demerara Sugar
    • Herbs (Rosemary, Sage,Marjoram, Thyme),
    • Preservative: E223 Sodium MetabiSULPHITE
    • Potato Starch
    • Filled in a natural sheep casing.
    • Allergens highlighted in CAPITALS.

  • Cooking Methods

    • To grill:- cook for approximately 12 minutes under a medium to high heat, turning regularly.
