Venison and Cranberry Burgers are a taste sensation and a great alternative to your normal beef burgers The deep rich flavour of the Venison is complimented well by the sweetness of the cranberries. These meaty burgers are particularly good on the BBQ or served with chilli potato wedges and seasonal vegetables – delicious.

    • Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Ginger, Pimento),
    • Demerara Sugar
    • Herbs (Rosemary, Sage,Marjoram, Thyme),
    • Preservative: E223 Sodium MetabiSULPHITE
    • Potato Starch
    • Allergens highlighted in CAPITALS.

  • Cooking Methods

    • To grill:- cook for approximately 12 minutes under a medium to high heat, turning regularly.
