Diced Venison is versatile an easy to cook. It should be treated like Beef.  Diced Venison casserole is best cooked slowly for approximately two hours at 160 degrees in a liquor. Diced Venison goes fantastically well with Rosemary and Thyme and stands up well to strong spices such as chilli. If making a curry it is good to marinate your Diced Venison in Natural Yoghurt for 30 minutes before cooking, this will enhance the flavours of your curry and make the Diced Venison even more tender.
