Wild Boar and Apricot Sausage an old Willo Game favourite.  The sweet apricots in this sausage balance well with the mild nutty flavour of the Wild Boar making it popular with all the family.  Pan fry, grill ,BBQ or use in a sausage casserole.

Wild Boar(UK,PL)(60%), Pork(UK)(16%), Water, Apricots, Rusk(Potoato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt), Sea Salt, Spices(White Pepper, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Ginger, Pimento), Demerara Sugar, Herbs (Rosemary, Sage, Marjoram, Thyme), Dehydrated Onion, Preservative: E223 Sodium Metabisulphite, Potato Starch. Colour: Carmine. Filled in a natural sheep casing. Allergens Highlighted in bold.

To Grill :-

Cook for approximately 12 minutes under a medium to high heat, turning regularly.
