Wild Boar Loin Medallions are quick and easy to cook.

To Pan Fry:-

Heat some oil in a heavy frying pan.

Season your Wild Boar Medallions with cracked black pepper.

Place your Wild Boar Loin Medallions in the pan and cook for approximately 5 minutes each side.

Herbs such as Thyme or Sage can be added to the pan to enhance the flavour.

The Medallions should be allowed to rest for 5 minutes before eating and should be served slightly pink.

Wild Boar stand up well against strong flavours and goes well with any of the following herbs and spices :-  Cayenne Pepper, Coriander Leaves, cloves, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Juniper Berries, Lemon, Onion, Red Chilli, Rosemary and Tarragon.
