Roast Wild Rabbit
1 Willo Wild Rabbit
Salt & Pepper
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Method:- Roast Wild Rabbit
Line a shallow pan with parchment paper.
Place rabbit onto pan and season well all over with salt & pepper.
Mix the oil , garlic, rosemary, pepper and paprika in a small bowl.
Rub mixture over both sides of rabbit , cover and place in fridge for a couple of hours.
Preheat oven to 240 C , remove rabbit from fridge and uncover.
Roast until cooked through and tender , about 30—35 minutes.
Serve your Roast Wild Rabbit with roasted seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.
